Are you a visionary, culturally agile marketing leader ready to scale an award-winning brand across key European markets?

Profiles Creative is partnering to appoint a Head of Marketing - Europe (Fluent English & Spanish) for a mission-driven wellness brand. Operating as a certified B Corp and a 1% for the Planet member, this brand blends commercial growth with uncompromising social and environmental responsibility.

Reporting directly to the Chief Brand and Creative Officer, you will serve as the strategic bridge between global brand direction and in-market execution across Spain and Germany.

This role is 4 days on-site from their beautiful headquarters in East Sussex, this permanent position offers an exceptional opportunity to build brand strength and generate unreasonable demand across European channels.

Up to £100k

Fluency in English + Spanish (essential) - German is an added bonus!

Open to candidates based in Spain or Germany

  • Own the European Strategy: Translate central business ambitions into high-impact, cross-channel brand plans for Spain and Germany that drive brand equity and commercial acceleration.
  • Lead and Empower In-Market Teams: Guide, inspire, and develop regional teams, fostering a high-performance culture across retail, DTC, and Amazon channels while managing local agency partners.
  • Cultivate Omnichannel Growth: Drive innovative brand marketing, talent partnerships, PR, and grassroots events to turn high-level campaigns into measurable consumer demand.
  • Serve as the Voice of Europe: Bring category, competitor, and cultural intelligence from Spain and Germany to the global executive table, ensuring campaign alignment across all markets.

  • International Brand Strategy: Demonstrable success scaling premium lifestyle, beauty, or wellness brands within non-home European markets from the ground up.
  • Language Fluency: Native or professional fluency in Spanish (critical), with strong German language skills being a significant asset.
  • Omnichannel Marketing Leadership: Proven expertise across DTC-led retail models, influencer marketing, PR, and high-growth retail environments.
  • Team Building & Leadership: A track record of hiring, mentoring, and retaining top-tier talent in fast-paced, high-growth settings.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Comfortable operating with agility, ambiguity, and high creative ambition while maintaining rigorous strategic focus.

Nice-to-Have

  • Dual fluency in both Spanish and German.
  • Established networks within the European wellness, beauty, or lifestyle retail ecosystems.
  • Prior experience within a certified B Corp or mission-driven consumer brand.
