Head of Marketing – Events Hotel Division
This is a new role that will work alongside our Commercial Director of Marketing Director and wider marketing team located in our London Bridge Office. The role will also require travel to our hotels.

About the Role
Reporting to the Commercial Marketing Director, you'll work closely with our General Managers and Group Commercial Marketing team to develop and deliver an integrated divisional marketing strategy aligned with our brand and wider commercial objectives.
You'll lead and deliver activity across campaigns, digital, social media, CRM, PR, partnerships and local destination marketing, using insight and performance data to grow revenue and guest engagement across every part of the hotel experience.
Leading and developing the Marketing Manager, you'll unite hotel teams, central specialists, agencies and local partners around clear priorities, compelling stories and ambitious results.
Key Responsibilities
- Shape the divisional marketing strategy
- Create annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with revenue, guest and brand objectives.
- Deliver integrated campaigns across the most effective channels for each hotel and audience.
- Lead the divisional events calendar and bring core Group seasonal campaigns to life locally.
- Manage the marketing budget, prioritising investment against agreed goals and measurable return.

Build distinctive brands and compelling campaigns
- Develop creative campaigns that strengthen awareness and the Division's strategic positioning.
- Create local and destination partnerships that build reach, relevance and commercial opportunity.
- Develop propositions that position our hotels as leading destinations for weddings, meetings and events.
- Drive demand for meeting and events, restaurants, bars, spa experiences and health club membership in local markets.
- Supply engaging stories, imagery and themes for Group content and magazine activity.

Accelerate digital and social performance
- Work with digital teams and agencies to improve SEO, paid media, qualified traffic and conversion.
- Ensure every Event hotel and outlet is represented accurately and compellingly online.
- Use CRM and loyalty insight to grow consented audiences across stays, dining, wellness and events.
- Lead the divisional social media plan, ensuring content is engaging, consistent and brand aligned.

Lead through collaboration and insight
- Partner with General Managers and commercial and operational teams to align marketing with business priorities.
- Manage PR support, media opportunities and reputation matters with sound judgement and pace.
- Lead agencies, freelancers and suppliers against clear briefs, budgets and performance expectations.
- Develop the Marketing Manager and report clearly on objectives, budgets, KPIs and recommended actions.
About You
You'll be an accomplished senior marketing professional with the commercial mindset, creativity and leadership presence to build demand for a diverse luxury hospitality portfolio. Comfortable moving between strategy and delivery, you'll know how to turn insight and distinctive stories into campaigns that inspire guests and achieve measurable results.
You'll also bring:
- Significant marketing management experience within a hotel environment with an excellent understanding of meetings and events, food and beverage marketing campaigns is essential to be considered for this role.
- A strong record of developing and delivering integrated, multi-channel marketing plans.
- Commercial acumen, with experience managing budgets and measuring return on investment.
- Sound knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, paid media, CRM, social and conversion.
- A flair for brand positioning, content and campaigns that connect with different audiences.
- Experience of PR, reputation management and productive external partnerships.
- Outstanding stakeholder skills and the confidence to influence across hotels and Group teams.
- A collaborative, organised and hands-on leadership style, with experience developing others.
- Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills, with a clear focus on results.
