Head of Marketing

A growing legal technology business is looking for a Head of Marketing to build a more sophisticated, scalable demand generation engine and lead the wider marketing function. This is a commercially focused role where creating qualified pipeline and supporting revenue growth will be the biggest priority.

Role Overview

Alongside demand generation, there is ownership across brand, positioning, product marketing, customer engagement, and content. It’s a strong opportunity for someone who knows how to turn a complex B2B proposition into campaigns that cut through and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the marketing strategy and translate it into an integrated demand generation programme across digital, content, events, partnerships, and targeted campaigns.
  • Build repeatable pipeline contribution, improve channel performance, and create a clear view of what is driving engagement, conversion, and ROI.
  • Sharpen positioning and messaging, develop product and customer marketing, and ensure sales has the insight and collateral needed to convert opportunities.
  • Lead the marketing team and external partners, working closely with senior commercial stakeholders to ensure marketing activity stays connected to growth.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
