Role Overview
Atlas Financial is building institutional-grade infrastructure at the intersection of digital assets, payments, and global financial services. Our platform provides integrated solutions across:
- Banking & Custody
- On/Off-Ramping
- Yield & Staking
- Cross-border payments and multi-currency infrastructure
Atlas serves HNWIs, Family Offices, Corporate clients, Financial Advisers, and Private Wealth structures globally. As the company scales, we are looking for a Head of Marketing to lead the evolution of our marketing function from an early-stage operational setup into a strategic, product-led and commercially driven marketing organization.
This role will be responsible for defining and executing the marketing strategy required to position Atlas among leading fintech infrastructure players such as BVNK and Ondo Finance.
The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, strong analytical capability, fintech domain knowledge, and a product-led growth mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Positioning
- Define and execute the global marketing strategy for Atlas Financial.
- Key areas include:
- Brand positioning and narrative
- Tone of voice and messaging
- Product positioning
- Market segmentation and ICP alignment
- Go-to-market strategy for new offerings
- The objective is to establish Atlas as a credible and professional infrastructure provider within the future-of-finance ecosystem.
Product Marketing
- Work closely with leadership, product, and commercial teams to translate Atlas’ infrastructure capabilities into clear, compelling product narratives.
- This includes:
- Product messaging
- Value proposition development
- Product launch strategies
- Customer education and product storytelling

Growth & Commercial Alignment
- Ensure marketing supports revenue growth by building a data-driven marketing engine.
- Responsibilities include:
- Marketing funnel design and optimization
- Lead generation strategies
- Conversion tracking and analytics
- Growth experimentation
- Partnership marketing initiatives
Brand & Thought Leadership
- Lead Atlas’ positioning as a thought leader in areas such as:
- Digital asset infrastructure
- Institutional crypto adoption
- Stablecoins and tokenized finance
- Future of finance and financial infrastructure innovation
- This includes coordinating content initiatives such as newsletters, research pieces, and media contributions.
Team Leadership
- Build and manage the Atlas marketing team.
- Initially this includes:
- Content Marketing Manager (creative/content)
- Marketing Operations / CRM (existing team member)
- Responsibilities include:
- Defining team structure and responsibilities
- Mentoring and developing team members
- Coordinating external agencies when required
- Ensuring alignment between marketing and business objectives
Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for a strategic marketing leader with strong fintech experience and a commercial mindset.
Experience
- 8+ years experience in marketing
- Experience in fintech, financial services, payments, or B2B SaaS
- Track record building or scaling marketing functions
- Experience in product-led or growth-driven organizations
- Exposure to digital assets, Web3, or financial infrastructure is strongly preferred

What Success Looks Like
Within the first 6–12 months, the Head of Marketing will:
- Establish a clear and consistent brand positioning for Atlas
- Build a scalable marketing organization
- Improve the marketing funnel and lead generation pipeline
- Strengthen Atlas’ thought leadership presence in fintech
- Align marketing execution with commercial growth objectives
