About Janus Digital
Janus Digital is the agentic AI platform that runs the world’s real assets, earning only on the additional value it creates. Built on 15+ years of foundational R&D and more than $100M invested, the platform is live across 10,000+ building datasets in 253 cities, trusted by Fortune Global 500 companies, sovereign wealth funds and premium hospitality brands.
About This Role
- First marketing hire: you will be the first person in marketing at Janus Digital, and we will build the team around you. Initially you must be capable of, and willing to, carry out every aspect of marketing yourself – from strategy and positioning through content, paid media, MarTech and reporting – with a strong focus on sales enablement and AI-native ways of working.
- Strategy and execution in one seat: you own Janus Digital’s marketing strategy end to end, setting direction, priorities and budget, and then deliver it day to day, sleeves rolled up.
- This is not a delegate-only director role: you will run campaigns, manage the MarTech stack and execute paid media personally while you build and shape the team around you.
What You’ll Do
- Own and set Janus Digital’s marketing strategy: market prioritisation, positioning, channel mix, budget allocation and annual and quarterly plans, aligned with commercial leadership.
- Define and refine Janus Digital’s commercial narrative and our outcome-based value proposition for C-suite economic buyers (CEOs, COOs, CFOs).
- Architect and run Account-Based Marketing across our launch markets, Singapore and the UK, extending as we scale.
- Pioneer paid Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO) and chatbot advertising, alongside hands-on paid LinkedIn and Google SEM.
- Make sales enablement a core priority: build and maintain the sales and partner toolkit – ROI calculators, pitch decks, battlecards, case studies and objection-handling scripts – and work closely with sales to keep it sharp and in use.
- Manage LinkedIn as our priority social channel, including ghostwriting for our Global CEO and Singapore CEO.
- Deploy and independently manage a lean, AI-native MarTech stack (Attio, Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Koala, Supabase, Evidence.dev, a headless website, Cookiebot), orchestrated through Slack and Claude.
- Use AI tools and agents daily to multiply your output across research, content, campaign build, personalisation, analytics and reporting, so you can operate at the pace of a full function from day one.
- Report pipeline contribution and outcome-based value attribution against the model agreed with commercial leadership.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What We’re Looking For
- 8–12 years of progressive B2B technology marketing experience, selling to C-suite buyers through long, trust-led cycles (not self-serve or product-led SaaS).
- Experience owning marketing strategy, ideally as a Head of Marketing or senior manager ready to step up, combined with the willingness to execute everything yourself – this role is genuinely hands-on until the team is in place.
- A true builder mentality: experience as a first or early marketing hire in a scaling company, and the ambition to build a team.
- Strong, practical AI capability: confident using generative AI tools, agents and automation (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT, workflow automation) to plan, create and run marketing at scale.
- Proven sales enablement experience: creating the content, tools and processes that help sales teams win complex, high-value deals.
- Practical campaign experience across Singapore/APAC and the UK/Europe.
- Expert, hands-on experience running Google Ads, SEM and complex LinkedIn paid architectures.
- A demonstrated history of independently rolling out CRM, automation, data and reporting stacks.
- Sharp technical and commercial editing capability, with confident ghostwriting in an executive voice.
- Exposure to institutional financial services marketing (e.g. private equity, asset management) is a strong plus; familiarity with real estate or proptech also helps, though neither is essential.
