Head of Marketing

Marketing is most rewarding when you have the freedom to shape it. Not just deliver, but influence the direction of the business, build a team, and create a strategy that drives real commercial growth.

As Head of Marketing, you'll take ownership of two major transformation projects – a CRM consolidation and a website redesign to create a more consistent look and feel to make cross-selling simpler. You'll lead a high-performing team while working closely with senior stakeholders across the business. You'll use data and market insight to guide decisions, develop compelling campaigns, and ensure marketing plays a central role in achieving the company's long-term ambitions.

This is a role for someone who enjoys thinking strategically but isn't afraid to get involved when needed. If you're looking for greater influence, the opportunity to build something, and the chance to leave your mark on a growing business, this could be exactly what you're looking for.

Who’s it for and what’s in it for you?

An established player in the construction and facilities management sector, our client supports customers across the entire building lifecycle with cutting-edge technology solutions - including CMMS and design tools to name a few.

Being an established business, they’re now accelerating towards further growth as they look to pivot a select portion of their portfolio to SaaS.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
