The role will make the business easier to understand, easier to sell, easier to scale and easier to experience. It combines strategic ownership with hands-on delivery, improving how the company presents its expertise, develops digital experiences, turns intellectual property into scalable offers and uses AI to improve quality, speed and consistency.
Working across internal and external priorities, the successful candidate will influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams, while partnering with technical specialists, agencies and third-party vendors to translate ideas into practical, commercially valuable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the company's brand proposition, positioning, messaging and tone of voice.
- Create messaging frameworks for different audiences, services and client needs, ensuring consistency across the website, pitch decks, proposals, social channels, events, digital tools and client-facing materials.
- Lead the UX/UI direction for digital tools, platforms and productised services, improving journeys for clients, learners, managers, trainers and internal teams.
- Establish design standards, UI principles and reusable digital patterns, using feedback and data to improve digital experiences over time.
- Partner with technical, learning and commercial teams to turn ideas into usable and scalable digital products.
- Identify practical opportunities to use AI across content, proposals, training support, coaching, reporting, research and internal workflows.
- Build AI-assisted processes, prompt systems, templates and repeatable workflows, and prototype new AI-enabled tools or service enhancements.
- Establish responsible AI standards covering quality, accuracy, confidentiality and relevance within healthcare.
- Help teams adopt AI in ways that improve output while preserving professional expertise and judgement.
- Turn the company's expertise and intellectual property into clearer, more scalable and repeatable offers.
- Create pitch narratives, proposal tools, proposition frameworks and sales-enablement materials that support business development, client retention and growth.
- Identify opportunities for scalable digital products, tools and subscription-style services.
- Set the creative standard for brand, digital and client-facing materials, improving the quality and consistency of decks, proposals, case studies, articles, training assets and digital content.
- Build reusable templates, toolkits and content frameworks, translating complex healthcare and pharmaceutical subjects into clear, credible and engaging content.
- Own the strategic direction of the website and wider digital presence, improving how services, expertise, case studies and productised offers are presented online.
- Use analytics and feedback to strengthen digital engagement, user journeys and the quality of new-business enquiries.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
