Job Description
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Head of Marketing based in United Kingdom.
Role Overview
As Head of Marketing, you will own the go-to-market strategy and market positioning for a growing B2B technology platform serving complex operational needs across multiple industries. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will connect Product, Sales, and Partnerships to turn sophisticated product capabilities into compelling commercial stories. You will shape category positioning, buyer journeys, pricing and packaging guidance, demand generation, and product launches from end to end. This is a highly hands-on, individual-contributor role where you will build the marketing function through direct execution rather than managing a large team or external agencies. You will also play a key role in expanding the distribution network and enabling partners to generate revenue effectively. The role is fully remote across EMEA, with working hours aligned to CET/CEST and regular travel across the region.
Accountabilities
- Own and continuously evolve the company’s category positioning, developing a differentiated market narrative that clearly communicates the value of the product suite.
- Lead demand generation strategy end-to-end, with a strong focus on building qualified pipeline and supporting revenue growth.
- Define and continuously refine customer personas and buyer journeys, particularly for mid-market and enterprise audiences.
- Develop positioning and messaging that translate complex product capabilities into clear, compelling, story-driven value propositions.
- Advise on pricing and packaging strategy, ensuring commercial messaging reflects how different customer segments evaluate and purchase solutions.
- Partner closely with Product to translate roadmap developments into customer-focused narratives, positioning, and value propositions.
- Own product launches from strategy through execution, including positioning, messaging, sales collateral, and internal enablement.
- Transform the website into a high-performing growth channel through conversion-rate optimization, messaging experimentation, and funnel improvements.
- Own marketing pipeline generation and health, working closely with the CEO to ensure marketing initiatives consistently contribute to revenue.
- Plan and execute campaigns, landing pages, content, and other growth initiatives required to meet pipeline targets.
- Identify, evaluate, onboard, and enable new distribution partners across the different product lines.
- Develop partner-specific positioning, pricing guidance, sales materials, co-marketing decks, playbooks, and enablement resources.
- Work closely with leadership to support partner-sourced revenue and accelerate the ramp-up of new distribution relationships.
- Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
- Travel regularly across Malta and EMEA to meet clients and support commercial initiatives, including on-site visits with hospitality customers.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
