We help public and private organizations deliver end-to-end transformation, from strategic consulting to the design, deployment, and 24/7 operation of secure digital platforms.

Combining deep sector expertise with leading technology capabilities across Microsoft, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Pega, SAP, AWS, and Google, as well as strong in-house software development capabilities, we support large organizations in building scalable, resilient, and AI-enabled business models.

Role Purpose

The Head of Marketing for UK&I is responsible for building market awareness and driving structured, targeted acquisition and nurturing programs across prospects and large B2B customers, with a strong focus on the Transport & Mobility and Public Sector markets. The role leads the UK&I marketing team, comprising three Marketing Project Managers and the Head of Marketing for Customer Growth and Retention UK&I. The team operates as one integrated marketing function, with distinct accountability for acquisition and customer growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and develop the UK&I marketing team, creating an integrated approach across acquisition and customer growth and ensuring clear ownership, priorities, and commercial outcomes focused on revenue generation.
  • Build and run the UK&I demand generation engine through campaigns: from awareness to qualified opportunity through structured and measurable acquisition processes, with the explicit goal of maximizing qualified lead volume for the business and driving new revenues from existing customers.
  • Lead the UK account-based marketing approach for large B2B customers and prospects and with a strong footprint in Transport and Mobility.
  • Design and continuously improve processes around demand generation, lead generation, and nurturing across the UK&I marketing function, with clear ownership between prospect acquisition and existing-customer growth.
  • Coordinate closely with Corporate Communication to ensure a consistent narrative across PR, lobbying, and marketing activity across the campaigns.
  • Work closely with business leaders and offer owners in shaping the market positioning of commercial offers, providing constructive marketing and customer insight and ensuring strong marketing propositions and collateral support go-to-market activity.
  • Provide overall leadership and alignment across UK&I Acquisition and Customer Growth & Retention marketing, ensuring both areas support agreed business priorities and operate through an integrated campaign road-map.
  • Work in partnership with the Head of Marketing, Customer Growth and Retention UK&I to ensure shared campaigns have clear objectives, audiences, ownership, and measures for both prospect acquisition and existing-customer growth.
  • Ensure excellence in the delivery of UK&I marketing operations.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
