Basic salary up to £85,000, bonus, car allowance, family PMI, pension, life assurance, 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays), exclusive colleague discounts on vehicle purchases and aftersales services.

At Lithia UK, we're transforming the way we use data, insight and technology to better understand our customers and support smarter business decisions. As Head of Marketing Insights & Reporting, you'll play a pivotal role in this journey, leading the function responsible for turning customer and marketing data into actionable intelligence that drives growth across our portfolio of automotive brands.

  • Partner closely with Marketing, CRM, Finance, T&I, Data Engineering and Business Intelligence teams to deliver scalable and commercially focused insight solutions.
  • Act as the bridge between technical specialists and business stakeholders, translating complex data into clear recommendations that influence business performance and future strategy.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing insight and reporting team, creating a culture of curiosity, continuous improvement and data-led decision making.
  • Ensure robust governance, data quality and compliance standards are maintained across all customer insight, reporting and analytical activity.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
