Our client is a fast-growing FMCG challenger health & wellness brand with an established presence across the UK. The business has experienced substantial growth over the past 18 months and is entering an exciting phase of continued expansion, with innovation at the heart of its plans.
Overview on the Role
As Head of Marketing, you will take ownership of the marketing strategy and play a key role in shaping the next stage of the business's growth. Managing a small team, you will combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach, driving innovation across the brand while strengthening its digital and content proposition.

- Lead and develop the overall marketing strategy in line with ambitious growth plans
- Manage and develop a small, high-performing marketing team
- Drive innovation across the brand, identifying new opportunities to engage consumers and support growth
- Lead the development of the digital, social media and content strategy
- Strengthen the brand's presence and relevance across key consumer touchpoints
- Work closely with commercial and wider business teams to bring new initiatives to market
- Use consumer, market and performance insight to inform marketing decisions
- Balance long-term brand building with hands-on delivery in a fast-paced environment

Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior marketing role within FMCG, consumer goods or a similar sector
- Experience managing and developing a small team
- A strong track record of driving brand growth and innovation
- Strong understanding of digital, social media and content marketing
- Commercially minded with the ability to connect marketing activity to business growth
- Comfortable operating in both strategic and hands-on environments
- Ideally, experience working across both smaller/challenger businesses and larger organisations
- Entrepreneurial, creative and proactive approach with a genuine passion for building brands
