Head of International Marketing | Consumer Electronics

Build the playbook. Connect HQ to Europe. Scale new markets fast.

A fast-growing international consumer electronics brand is looking to appoint a Head of International Marketing to help drive its next phase of European expansion.

With a strong reputation for innovative, high-quality products and ambitious growth plans, the business is rapidly expanding across key international markets. This role will sit at the centre of that growth, acting as the critical link between headquarters and local markets to ensure brand strategy is translated into commercially successful local execution.

Based at the company's Southern headquarters, you will work closely with senior leadership, sales teams and retail partners to build the frameworks, processes and market-entry strategies that support long-term international growth.

The Role

This is a highly strategic role focused on creating the connective tissue between HQ and international markets. You will build the marketing playbook to be scaled out across all new European markets that this brand is launching in to.

You will:

  • Act as the bridge between HQ and local European markets, ensuring brand and commercial strategies are executed effectively
  • Partner closely with the Head of Sales and international retail partners to ensure local market requirements influence central planning
  • Lead localisation and transcreation across Germany, France and future international markets
  • Develop scalable ways of working between HQ and local markets, including planning cycles, approval processes, feedback loops and communications
  • Create repeatable go-to-market playbooks that can be deployed across new territories
  • Build market-entry frameworks covering consumer insights, localisation, channel sequencing and launch strategy
  • Establish best-practice processes and documented SOPs that support rapid international expansion
  • Ensure brand consistency while maintaining local market relevance
  • Support the successful launch of new European markets as the business continues to grow

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
