Head of Marketing

Location: Dalston, London
Contract: Full-time (3 days HQ, 2 days WFH)
Salary: £70k + bonus (20% of salary)

Reporting to: Founder

WHO WE ARE

Allday Goods is a British kitchen knife company turning plastic waste into products made to last a lifetime. We’re building a brand that believes great kitchen tools should be beautiful, enjoyable to use and genuinely better for the planet.

We care deeply about craft, performance, and doing things properly. We’re ambitious, hands-on, and building something for the long term.

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You’ll work closely with the Founder and the marketing team. This is a collaborative role with real ownership and visibility across the business.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As Head of Marketing at Allday Goods, you will lead and scale our entire marketing engine. This role sits at the intersection of brand and performance. You will own customer acquisition, retention, creative testing, and marketing strategy - building a system that drives efficient, repeatable growth without compromising what makes the brand special.

You are here to architect the growth machine that helps us become a category defining kitchenware company.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Defining and leading the overall marketing and growth strategy across paid, organic, email, partnerships, and emerging channels.
  • Owning performance marketing: Meta, Google, Tik Tok - including budget allocation, testing strategy, and scaling.
  • Building a rigorous creative testing engine that links brand storytelling to performance outcomes.
  • Driving ecommerce optimisation - AOV, bundling, landing pages, messaging.
  • Strengthening retention across email and lifecycle marketing.
  • Setting clear KPIs across CAC, LTV, AOV, margins, and channel performance.
  • Using data to make sharp, fast decisions - and knowing when to trust instinct.
  • Managing and developing the marketing team.
  • Managing agencies - ad spend and email.
  • Working closely with the founder to translate brand vision into high-performing campaigns.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

A typical day might include reviewing paid performance and re-forecasting spend, aligning with creative on new ad concepts, refining launch strategy for a product drop, analysing cohort data, and mapping the next major growth lever to test.

WHO YOU ARE

This role is for someone genuinely exceptional at modern consumer marketing.

You are likely someone who:

  • Have scaled a DTC consumer brand significantly through paid and owned channels.
  • Have deep, hands-on expertise in both organic and performance marketing - you understand the mechanics, not just the reporting.
  • Think in terms of CAC, LTV, AOV, Conversion.
  • Understand how brand and performance work together (and how they break when misaligned).
  • Are both strategic and executional - you can build the plan and implement it.
  • Are comfortable managing meaningful budgets responsibly.
  • Thrive in high-autonomy, fast-moving environments.
  • Are commercially aware, but marketing-led.
  • Are ambitious and want to build something category-defining.

You’re excited by the idea of taking a strong brand with huge potential and building the marketing function that unlocks its next stage of growth.
