Responsibilities
- Coordination and project management of teams of marketers, developers, creatives, and strategists to deliver industry-leading digital marketing campaigns and projects.
- Development and maintenance of marketing team processes.
- Responsible for the overall quality of delivery of all marketing deliverables within the agency and leadership of the marketing team.
- Marketing strategy product ownership.
- Building key client relationships as a marketing subject matter expert and managing client communications including attending regular client meetings to review performance.
- Leading on the hiring, management, and personal development of our marketing team and building and maintaining external relationships and resources to support the marketing team where required.
- Creating accurate Statements of Work for new marketing projects; forecasting resources and producing quotes.
- Marketing pitch support.
- Member of the leadership team reporting on department KPIs and contributing to the company vision and growth strategy.

Experience
- Minimum 10 years of hands-on digital marketing experience with a minimum of 5 years experience in a marketing leadership role at well-reputed agencies with a track record of delivering successful global campaigns and projects for global brands.
- Experience in healthcare and pharmaceutical marketing with specific expertise and experience managing global digital channels and campaigns such as digital content, media buying (search, social, programmatic), social media, search engine marketing, and AI optimisation and email.
- Strategist, able to deliver and consult on UK and global healthcare brand and communications strategy.
- Startup experience building and growing high-performing teams in a high-growth environment.
- Experience managing large, global marketing campaigns and development projects e.g. website or app projects.
