Head of Marketing

Fast-Growing FMCG / Supplements Brand | Finchley, London
Full-Time, Office-Based

Ready to take ownership of marketing for one of the UK’s fastest-growing supplement brands? We’re an ambitious, rapidly growing supplements business with an expanding presence across eCommerce, major UK retailers and international markets. We’re now creating a brand-new Head of Marketing position to help lead the next stage of our growth.

This is a newly created senior leadership role with genuine scope to make your mark. You won’t be stepping into a rigid, established marketing structure. You’ll have the opportunity to shape how we market the business, bring our different marketing disciplines together and build a strategy capable of taking the brand to the next level.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a marketer who combines commercial thinking with creative instinct. Someone who understands brand — but also understands that great marketing needs to drive measurable growth.

You’ll take ownership of the overall marketing strategy, bringing together brand, creative, paid media, CRM, social and eCommerce around one clear commercial plan. You’ll work closely with specialists across the business, set the direction, challenge the team and make sure great ideas turn into campaigns that deliver.

This is a strategic leadership position, but it isn't a role for someone who wants to operate at 30,000 feet. We want someone hands-on, curious and fast-moving — someone who sees an opportunity and wants to make it happen.

What You’ll Own

You’ll lead the overall marketing and brand growth strategy, translating our commercial ambitions into annual, quarterly and monthly marketing plans. You’ll have oversight across the full customer journey — from the first Meta or TikTok ad someone sees through to the campaigns, website experience and CRM activity that turn customers into loyal advocates.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Your remit will include:

  • Brand & growth strategy — owning the overarching marketing plan and ensuring activity is aligned with commercial targets.
  • Performance marketing — setting strategy across Meta, TikTok, Google and other performance channels alongside paid-media specialists.
  • Creative strategy — working with the creative team on advertising concepts, hooks, messaging, UGC and campaigns that stand out and perform.
  • Brand — overseeing positioning, messaging and tone of voice across customer touchpoints.
  • Social & influence — setting the direction for organic social, influencers, partnerships and PR.
  • CRM & retention — ensuring the strategy continually improves repeat purchases, subscriptions, retention and customer lifetime value.
  • eCommerce — partnering closely with the digital team on Shopify campaigns, landing pages, promotions, bundles and CRO.
  • Retail & international growth — collaborating with Sales to support major retailers, B2B customers and expansion into new markets.
  • Commercial performance — owning marketing budgets, KPIs and ROI and ensuring investment is at the level required to achieve ambitious growth targets.
  • Leadership — developing, challenging and coordinating the wider marketing team and external partners.

Who We’re Looking For

You’re likely already operating at senior marketing level within FMCG, with experience in a fast-moving consumer brand.

FMCG experience is essential, and experience within supplements, wellness, beauty or a closely related category would be particularly relevant. More importantly, you’ll think like an owner.

You’ll understand the balance between building a brand for the long term and delivering performance today. You’ll know what strong paid-social creative looks like, be comfortable interrogating marketing data and have the confidence to turn those insights into action.

You’ll probably recognise yourself in this:

  • You’re commercially minded and see marketing as a driver of growth and revenue.
  • You understand what makes creative perform on Meta and TikTok.
  • You can move comfortably between brand building and performance marketing.
  • You use data to make decisions rather than simply report numbers.
  • You’ve led and coordinated multidisciplinary marketing teams.
  • You’re naturally creative and constantly watching emerging trends, competitors and new opportunities.
  • You move quickly and enjoy entrepreneurial, high-growth environments.
  • You take ownership instead of waiting for someone to tell you what to do.
  • You’re ambitious — both for the brands you work with and for your own career.

Why Join?

This isn't simply another Head of Marketing vacancy.

It’s an opportunity to join an established, growing consumer brand at the point where marketing can make an enormous difference to what happens next.

You’ll have the backing of specialist teams across Creative, Paid Media, CRM, eCommerce, Social and Sales — while having the seniority and ownership to bring those disciplines together around a clear growth strategy.

And because the position is newly created, there’s significant scope to shape the role, build a high-performing marketing function and grow your own leadership position as the business scales in the UK and internationally.

You’ll also receive:

  • Free vitamins from a range of 100+ products
  • Free office drinks and snacks
  • Access to a wider employee perks scheme

If you’re an ambitious FMCG marketer looking for more ownership, more pace and the opportunity to have a genuine impact on a growing consumer brand, we’d love to hear from you.
