Job Opportunity: Head of Marketing

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Head of Marketing based in United Kingdom.

This role offers the opportunity to lead a global marketing strategy and build the growth engine behind a rapidly scaling technology business.

You will own the full marketing lifecycle, from demand generation and content strategy to brand growth and revenue impact.

The position combines strategic leadership, creative storytelling, data-driven experimentation, and modern AI-powered marketing practices.

You will shape how the brand engages customers through organic growth, founder-led marketing, partnerships, and multi-channel campaigns.

Working in a remote and international environment, you will have significant ownership to define strategy and build scalable marketing systems.

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced marketing leader who thrives on innovation, measurable growth, and building high-performing teams.

Accountabilities

The Head of Marketing will be responsible for defining and executing the marketing vision, building scalable demand-generation systems, and driving measurable business growth through innovative strategies.

  • Own the overall marketing strategy, including demand creation, demand capture, brand growth, and revenue contribution.
  • Develop and execute multi-channel inbound marketing programs across SEO/GEO, social media, email, content syndication, community, and performance marketing.
  • Build channel-specific strategies and roadmaps to attract, engage, educate, acquire, and retain target customer segments.
  • Create scalable content systems based on storytelling, audience psychology, multimedia formats, and performance insights.
  • Strengthen organic visibility by developing content strategies optimized for evolving search behaviors and AI-driven discovery.
  • Build and activate founder-led marketing initiatives across professional networks, podcasts, speaking opportunities, and earned media channels.
  • Leverage AI agents, automation platforms, and workflow systems to improve marketing efficiency and accelerate growth initiatives.
  • Partner with Product and Partnerships teams to transform product launches, integrations, and collaboration opportunities into impactful go-to-market campaigns.
  • Establish marketing processes, performance frameworks, and measurement systems to optimize campaigns continuously.
  • Lead and mentor marketing teams while coordinating effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Use analytics and experimentation to identify growth opportunities, improve conversion, and maximize marketing impact.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is an experienced marketing leader with a strong background in B2B SaaS growth, demand generation, and building scalable marketing engines in fast-growing environments.

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation, inbound marketing, growth marketing, or related fields.
  • Proven experience leading marketing teams within high-growth technology companies.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable revenue impact through integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams, cross-functional initiatives, and external partners.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, combining creative thinking with analytical decision-making.
  • Strong understanding of SEO/GEO strategies, content marketing, organic growth, and audience development.
  • Experience with marketing automation and analytics tools such as HubSpot, GA4, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Familiarity with website CMS platforms and basic HTML/CSS knowledge is strongly preferred.
  • Experience using AI tools, AI agents, and workflow automation platforms such as Claude, n8n, Zapier, or similar technologies.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience running experiments, measuring performance, and scaling successful initiatives.
  • Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on in execution.
  • Strong ownership, adaptability, and ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment.
