Head of Marketing Operations | Remote/Hybrid (North West based) | £60,000 to £70,000
I'm recruiting for a Head of Marketing Operations to lead HubSpot delivery across a team spanning the UK and internationally.
You'll own the delivery of all HubSpot services, from onboarding and implementation through to integrations, retainers and strategic consultancy, while leading a team who deliver to clients across the UK and globally.

What you'll be doing:
- Leading delivery across all HubSpot accounts, ensuring quality, consistency and timeliness
- Direct line management, including standups, 1-2-1s and performance reviews
- Managing team capacity, workload planning and resource allocation across a distributed team
- Acting as the senior escalation point for delivery issues and client challenges
- Supporting account growth, renewals and pre-sales, including proposals, pricing and demos
- Owning AI strategy and adoption across the HubSpot function, this is a given for the role, not an add-on
- Contributing to wider operational and cross-functional initiatives

What we're looking for:
- Extensive experience in marketing operations, CRM delivery or agency operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity
- Proven experience delivering HubSpot solutions across Marketing, Sales, CMS and Operations Hubs
- Strong track record managing teams and improving delivery processes
- Confident with clients, comfortable owning stakeholder relationships and resolving conflict
- Commercially minded, with experience contributing to sales, upsells or renewals
- Genuinely current on AI within HubSpot and marketing operations, and able to shape strategy around it

£60,000 to £70,000 depending on experience.
