Location: Office 4 days per week (Wilmslow), 1 day from home

The Role
In this role you’ll be the driving force behind how marketing gets delivered, bringing structure, pace and clarity to everything the central team produces. From planning and scheduling to resource allocation and quality control, you’ll ensure the right work happens at the right time, with the right people in place.
You’ll spot opportunities to simplify and streamline, identifying overlapping briefs and bringing activity together where it makes sense, always with the goal of improving speed, consistency and the quality of delivery.
Working closely with channel specialists and marketing leads, you’ll create complete transparency around capacity, priorities and timelines, helping teams make informed decisions and deliver with confidence. You’ll balance ambition with practicality, turning plans into action and ensuring great ideas become outstanding campaigns.
You’ll play a central role in shaping how marketing operates, embedding a culture of accountability, collaboration and exceptional delivery.

Delivery Management
- Own end-to-end delivery of marketing work coming in from across the group
- Manage intake and prioritisation of requests, ensuring fair resourcing and clear turnaround expectations
- Track volume, capacity, and delivery performance; report progress to marketing leadership
- Work across digital, content, design and other teams to support delivery.
Local Marketing Partnership
- Work closely with local heads of marketing across the group on their campaign plans and delivery needs.
- Manage and allocate shared resource across multiple local teams and priorities.
- Balance local campaign needs with overall group capacity.
AI & Technology-Driven Efficiency
- Champion the use of AI tools & agents including other technologies and systems to streamline workflows, speed up delivery, and free up team capacity.
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and improve how work moves through the team.
- Own and optimise the operations tech stack (Monday, Trello, Figma, and others) to support scalable delivery.
- Stay close to emerging AI/marketing tools and bring in new ways of working as the team grows.
Process & Continuous Improvement
- Design scalable processes and ways of working that support increasing volume without loss of quality
- Build simple, clear playbooks so the team can operate consistently as it grows
- Create central frameworks that empower more users to execute to high standards.
- Continuously review and refine workflows based on performance data, volume and technology advancements.
About You
- Experience leading marketing operations, campaign delivery, or project management.
- Strong stakeholder management skills: able to work with multiple local marketing leads and balance competing priorities.
- Genuine interest in and experience using AI tools to improve marketing delivery and efficiency.
- Familiar with tools like Monday, Trello, and Figma (or similar).
- Highly organised, pragmatic, and comfortable working at pace in a growing business.
- A natural problem-solver who improves processes as they go, not just after the fact.
