This is a 12m Fixed Term Contract role. It will involve semi-frequent travel (within the UK).

  • Manage and optimise the marketing technology stack, primarily centred on HubSpot, including workflows, lead lifecycle management, and integrations.
  • Design, govern, and enhance AI-powered workflows for content operations, data enrichment, and reporting to maximise team efficiency.
  • Develop and oversee lead scoring, routing, and lifecycle frameworks, working closely with Business Development to ensure fast lead qualification and movement.
  • Execute lifecycle and nurture journeys using automation platforms, tailored for both new client acquisition and existing account engagement.
  • Lead operations for account-based marketing (ABX), managing target account data, intent signals, and orchestrated outreach to generate meetings and engagement.
  • Implement attribution models and maintain measurement systems with Business Intelligence tools, moving towards multi-touch attribution.
  • Establish and uphold SOPs, operating rhythms, and standards to ensure data quality, compliance (GDPR/PECR), and efficient vendor management.
  • Develop, and coach direct reports.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
