Group Head of Marketing Operations | Manchester | Hybrid

Ready to take the lead on marketing operations for a well-known leisure brand?
This is an opportunity to join an established consumer brand at an exciting stage of its growth, working alongside a talented marketing team and playing a key role in bringing its marketing strategy to life.
We're looking for a Group Head of Marketing Operations who can connect the dots between strategy, people, channels, and execution - making sure great ideas don't just stay as ideas, but turn into impactful, measurable marketing activity.
You'll sit at the heart of the marketing function, leading activity across:
- CRM
- Loyalty
- Digital
- Social
- Content
- Creative
While managing agency relationships and a team of channel specialists.
It's a role with plenty of variety, influence, and visibility. You'll be trusted to bring structure, challenge thinking, improve how things are done, and make sure the marketing function is working together towards the same goals.

- CRM & Loyalty: You understand customer journeys, segmentation, retention, and how to turn customer data into meaningful engagement and commercial results.
- Multi-channel marketing: You're comfortable joining the dots across digital, CRM, social, content, creative, and other channels to create genuinely integrated campaigns.
- Agency management: You're confident briefing, managing, and challenging external agencies and partners to get the best from them.
- People leadership: You're an experienced manager who knows how to motivate, develop, and get the best out of a team of specialists.
- Campaign delivery: You're organized, commercially minded, and able to take a strategy and turn it into a clear, well-executed plan.

You'll ideally have worked within leisure, hospitality, retail, or another fast-paced consumer-facing environment.
