Head of Marketing & PR
London (Hybrid) | £80,000 + 10% Bonus + £2,006 Travel Allowance
Lead the marketing strategy behind one of London's most prestigious luxury hospitality portfolios.
Parkside Recruitment is partnering with a leading luxury hospitality group to recruit a Head of Marketing & PR. This newly created Executive Leadership role offers the opportunity to shape the future of an established collection of premium hotels, driving brand growth, commercial performance and customer engagement across a multi-property portfolio.
The Opportunity
As Head of Marketing & PR, you'll lead the overall marketing, communications and public relations strategy, working alongside Executive Leadership to strengthen brand positioning, increase market share and deliver commercially focused campaigns.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced marketing leader who combines creativity with commercial thinking and thrives in a fast-paced luxury environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall Marketing, Brand & PR strategy
- Drive customer acquisition and direct bookings
- Oversee Digital Marketing, SEO, PPC, CRM, websites and social media
- Lead PR, media relations and brand reputation
- Develop integrated marketing campaigns across multiple luxury brands
- Manage agencies, creative teams and marketing budgets
- Deliver commercial insights through campaign analysis and reporting
- Partner with Sales, Revenue and Operations to drive business growth
- Lead and develop a high-performing Marketing & Communications team

About You
We're looking for someone with:
- Significant senior Marketing & PR leadership experience
- Experience within luxury hospitality, hotels, travel, lifestyle or premium consumer brands
- A proven track record of delivering commercially successful marketing strategies
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, brand management and communications
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
- A passion for luxury brands and exceptional customer experiences
Package
- £80,000 Basic Salary
- 10% Annual Bonus
- £2,006 Travel Allowance
