Kent Head Office / Multi:Site
We're working with a quality, premium multi:site hospitality group that is looking for a talented and hands:on Head of Marketing to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded marketer who can take the marketing strategy and turn it into action across a growing portfolio of venues.
Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Director, you'll lead the day:to:day marketing activity across the group, manage a small team and work closely with individual sites to ensure each venue is maximising its marketing potential. We're looking for someone who is hands:on, commercially focused and genuinely enjoys execution, someone who can develop the plan but is equally happy getting stuck into the detail and making things happen.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
