Altro Senior Leader Role
Altro are looking for an experienced and commercially focused senior leader to take ownership of our global Marketing, Product Management and Digital functions. Based at our Letchworth Garden City, Hertfordshire headquarters, this permanent hybrid role (3 days per week in the office) offers the opportunity to shape the future direction of a globally recognised brand and drive sustainable growth across international markets.
Working closely with senior commercial leadership, you'll develop and deliver strategic plans across sectors, products and geographies, while leading Altro's global brand strategy, product roadmap, market insight, innovation, digital marketing and E-Commerce agenda. You'll identify new growth opportunities, strengthen our market position and ensure our marketing, product and digital capabilities support the company's ambitious plans.
You'll lead a talented multi-disciplinary team and work collaboratively with colleagues across the UK, America, Australia and China to deliver impactful global initiatives, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement and high performance.
What We're Looking For
You'll be an experienced marketing leader with a strong track record across strategic Marketing, Product, Digital and E-Commerce, ideally within a B2B environment.

- 10+ years' marketing experience, including UK and international experience, with 5+ years leading large teams.
- Proven strategic leadership across Marketing, Product and Digital/E-Commerce.
- Strong B2B marketing experience, ideally within manufacturing or specified products.
- Experience developing product strategies, multi-year roadmaps and brand strategies.
- Strong digital, E-Commerce and marketing communications experience.
- Excellent commercial, analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to turn market and customer insight into action.
- Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills, particularly with commercial and sales teams.
- Strong project and programme management skills, with experience managing multiple priorities and budgets of around £2m.
It would be great if you also have
- Experience within manufacturing, construction products, flooring, wall cladding or another specified B2B product environment.
- Experience working across markets including Europe, America, Australia and/or China.
- Fluency in a European language, particularly German.
- Experience leading digital transformation, E-Commerce growth or marketing technology programmes.
