Want to be part of something people experience every day?
We’re looking for a Head of UK Marketing to lead marketing across our UK Westfield retail destinations.
This is a great opportunity to play a highly visible leadership role in shaping the customer experience at some of the UK’s most iconic retail and lifestyle destinations, including Westfield London and Westfield Stratford City.
You’ll be close to the action, working with Centre Management, Asset Management, Leasing, Operations, RISE, Group Marketing, and external partners to bring campaigns, events, partnerships, and placemaking activity to life across the UK portfolio.
If you enjoy leading teams, influencing senior stakeholders, building strong partnerships, and delivering marketing activity that has real commercial and customer impact, we’d love to hear from you.
Why this role matters
As Head of UK Marketing, you’ll be responsible for translating the Group Marketing strategy into meaningful, locally relevant marketing plans across our UK assets.
You’ll play a key role in aligning UK priorities with wider Group Marketing objectives, ensuring our brand, digital, social, CRM, loyalty, media, events, and partnership activity all work together to support asset performance, customer engagement, and commercial growth.
This is a senior leadership role with broad visibility across the business. You’ll be the key marketing partner for the UK, representing local market needs within Group planning while also ensuring UK activity is delivered in line with Group strategy, governance, and brand standards.
You’ll also lead and develop a talented UK Marketing team, helping create a culture of creativity, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
What you’ll be getting involved in
No two days will look the same, but you’ll spend your time:
- Leading the development and delivery of marketing strategies across the UK portfolio, working closely with local Marketing Managers and asset teams
- Acting as the key link between UK and Group Marketing, ensuring Group campaigns, digital priorities, content, events, and media strategies are successfully localized and delivered
- Overseeing annual marketing plans across campaigns, customer content, events, placemaking, and brand activity to support agreed commercial, customer, and asset objectives
- Partnering with Group Marketing on media strategy, investment planning, and execution in the UK market
- Managing marketing budgets, ensuring spend is planned, tracked, and measured effectively
- Leading the UK Social team and agency partners to deliver a strong UK social media strategy aligned to Group standards and wider digital priorities
- Setting the strategic direction for events, experiential activity, placemaking, and cultural moments across the UK portfolio
- Using customer insight, market intelligence, and performance data to identify opportunities, improve activity, and support decision-making
- Supporting Leasing teams with destination, retailer, and market-facing materials that help drive commercial conversations
- Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Centre Management, Asset Management, Leasing, Operations, RISE, and Group teams
- Overseeing marketing, creative, media, social, and research agency relationships to ensure high-quality delivery and value
- Representing Westfield externally, building relationships with brands, cultural organizations, media partners, industry bodies, and other key partners
- Identifying and developing strategic brand and commercial partnerships that increase awareness, customer engagement, and commercial value
- Monitoring performance across brand, visitation, engagement, digital, CRM, campaign, and commercial KPIs, driving continuous improvement across the portfolio

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
