Head of Marketing

LEEA (Lifting Equipment Engineers Association)

LEEA, the leading global trade association for the lifting equipment industry, is looking for an experienced Head of Marketing to lead and develop its marketing and communications function during an exciting period of growth.

This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of both the strategic direction and day-to-day delivery of marketing across an internationally recognised organisation with an important purpose: promoting safety, quality and competence throughout the lifting industry.

Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Director of Member Engagement, you'll develop and deliver an integrated marketing plan that raises LEEA's profile, strengthens its reputation as the industry's authoritative voice, and increases engagement across membership, training, events, publications and commercial services.
  • Lead one direct report, manage a network of specialist marketing consultants and oversee the marketing budget.

Requirements

We're looking for a creative, commercially minded marketing leader who combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach. You'll be equally comfortable shaping long-term campaigns, advising senior leaders, analysing performance data and rolling up your sleeves to ensure marketing activity is delivered to a high standard.

You'll ideally have experience within a trade association, professional body or membership organisation, along with a strong track record of developing integrated marketing campaigns, managing agencies and budgets, and translating complex or technical subjects into engaging content that influences behaviour and drives results.
