About Gilded Bee
At Gilded Bee, we believe gifting should create genuine moments of connection. Over the past ten years we’ve grown from a small creative business into a trusted gifting partner for brands including Hilton, Vodafone, TikTok, Google and Montblanc.
We’re entering an exciting new chapter. As we expand our warehouse, fulfilment capabilities and in-house personalisation, our ambition is clear: To be the UK’s leading premium corporate gifting, fulfilment and personalisation studio.
We’re looking for an experienced marketing professional who wants to help shape that journey.
About the Role
This isn’t a role where you’ll spend your days briefing agencies and sitting in meetings.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys getting stuck in. Someone who is equally happy developing strategy as they are writing LinkedIn posts, updating the website, planning campaigns, creating case studies or organising a photoshoot.
You’ll become an extension of our small, ambitious team and play a key role in growing our brand, generating quality leads and positioning Gilded Bee as the first choice for premium corporate gifting.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Brand & Strategy
- Develop and deliver our marketing strategy.
- Position Gilded Bee as the UK’s leading premium corporate gifting, fulfilment and personalisation studio.
- Identify new growth opportunities and marketing initiatives.
- Ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
Content & Social Media
- Lead our LinkedIn strategy and founder-led content.
- Support Emily in building a personal brand that feels authentic and engaging.
- Plan and create content across LinkedIn, Instagram and email.
- Coordinate photography and video content.
- Turn client projects into compelling stories.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
