Head Of Marketing - Fashion Brand

Zachary Daniels are partnered with a fast-growing UK fashion retailer known for its trend-led, affordable collections and strong digital presence. With a loyal customer base, frequent new launches and continued investment in ecommerce and customer experience, the business has established itself as a leading name in accessible fashion.
The Role:
We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Head of Marketing to lead the marketing function for a growing fashion brand. This is a strategic leadership role, responsible for developing and executing the overall marketing strategy while leading a high-performing team across brand, digital and customer marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver the overall marketing strategy in line with business objectives.
- Oversee all marketing channels, including:
- Paid Media
- Social Media
- Brand Marketing
- CRM
- Loyalty
- Influencer Marketing
- PR
- Own and manage the annual marketing calendar, ensuring all campaigns and launches are effectively planned and executed.
- Lead the planning and delivery of brand activations, events and experiential marketing initiatives.
- Drive influencer marketing strategy, building impactful partnerships that enhance brand visibility.
- Set clear KPIs across the marketing function, monitoring performance and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Own and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of spend and strong return on investment.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to deliver integrated campaigns across all customer touchpoints.

About You:
- Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role within the fashion industry.
- Strong experience across brand, digital and performance marketing.
- Demonstrated success in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Experience leading and developing marketing teams.
- Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and KPIs.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Passion for fashion, brand building and delivering best-in-class customer experiences.
