Gratte Brothers Group is currently recruiting for a Head of Marketing to join our London office.

This role presents an exciting opportunity to join a well-established, family-owned business committed to empowering its employees, supporting professional growth, and fostering a positive working environment for all.

About The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Head of Marketing to lead the development and delivery of marketing strategy across Gratte Brothers Group. Working closely with our senior leadership and operating companies, you’ll shape a high-performing, collaborative marketing function that supports commercial growth, strengthens Group-wide capability and delivers measurable results. You’ll provide strategic direction to our marketing team while championing shared best practice, innovation and continuous improvement across the Group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver the Group’s marketing strategy, aligning activity with Group objectives and the commercial priorities of each operating company.
  • Lead, support and develop the Group’s marketing team, fostering a collaborative, accountable and high-performing function.
  • Work closely with Managing Directors and senior leadership teams to translate business priorities into effective marketing strategies and plans.
  • Establish clear marketing objectives and KPIs, monitoring performance and ensuring activity delivers measurable business outcomes.
  • Build scalable marketing processes, systems and tools that support effective delivery across the Group.
  • Provide strategic marketing guidance and recommendations to senior leadership, using data and insight to inform decision-making.
  • Champion collaboration and the sharing of knowledge, resources and best practice across the Group’s marketing teams.
  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness, support business growth and encourage cross-selling between operating companies.
