Role Purpose
Head of Marketing, Restaurants - Rhubarb Hospitality Collection
With five major restaurant openings planned for 2027, this is a hugely exciting time to join Rhubarb Hospitality Collection. We are looking for an experienced marketing leader to help shape and strengthen our restaurant portfolio, build compelling brands, and successfully take new concepts to market across the UK.
What You'll Be Doing
- Drive the marketing strategy across our growing portfolio of premium restaurant brands, playing a pivotal role in both existing venues and future openings.
- Develop and deliver market strategies for new restaurant openings, including five major launches planned for 2027.
- Build, position and evolve distinctive restaurant brands that reflect each concept's personality and target audience.
- Drive awareness, guest acquisition, occupancy and revenue through effective marketing activity.
- Lead, coach and develop the marketing team.
- Present marketing strategies and campaign results to senior leadership.

What We're Looking For
We're looking for an experienced marketing professional with a proven track record of launching, positioning and growing successful restaurant brands.
- Significant marketing experience within the UK restaurant and hospitality industry.
- Proven success developing and launching hospitality concepts and brands.
- Strong understanding of consumer behaviour, brand building and guest acquisition strategies.
- A commercially minded approach, with the ability to connect marketing activity with business growth and revenue generation.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills and confidence influencing at senior level.

We operate a hybrid working model with 3 days per week in our Central London office and 2 days working from home. We are offering a competitive salary dependent on experience including a bonus scheme.
