Head of Marketing

As Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that increases brand awareness, drives qualified lead generation, and supports customer acquisition and retention. Reporting to the senior leadership team, you will work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to position solutions effectively within a SaaS powerhouse.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys combining strategic thinking with execution in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment.

What will I be doing?

Marketing Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and deliver the company's overall marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Build and strengthen the company's brand positioning.
  • Establish marketing goals, KPIs, and performance reporting to measure success and return on investment.
  • Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.
  • Build, lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team as the company grows.

What do I need?

  • Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role within a SaaS, software, or technology business.
  • Demonstrable success delivering demand generation strategies that drive measurable business growth.
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing, lead generation, account-based marketing, and digital marketing.
  • Experience managing SEO, paid search, email marketing, content marketing, and social media campaigns.
  • Strong experience with Canva.
  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to align marketing activity to revenue objectives.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and external agencies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using marketing and CRM analytics to optimise performance.
