Role Overview
Responsible for leading Bespoke’s Marketing Services division, developing a high-performing team and ensuring clients achieve measurable business growth through strategic marketing and long-term partnership.
Purpose of the Role
The Head of Marketing Services provides the strategic, operational and people leadership of Bespoke’s Marketing Services division.
The role is responsible for developing the marketing team, delivering exceptional marketing services and ensuring clients achieve measurable commercial outcomes through strategic consultancy and outstanding delivery.
Working closely with clients, the marketing team and the wider leadership team, the role continually develops Bespoke’s marketing services, supports agency growth and strengthens Bespoke’s reputation as a trusted strategic marketing partner.

Lead the Marketing Services Department
Provide operational leadership for the Marketing Services department, ensuring the team consistently delivers high-quality work, exceptional client service and continuous improvement. Responsibilities include:
- Department planning and prioritisation
- Resource allocation and workload management
- Quality assurance and delivery standards
- Service development and best practice
- Adoption of AI, automation and emerging technologies
- Process improvement
- Cross-department collaboration
Lead and Develop the Marketing Team
Provide direct line management for the Marketing Services team, creating a positive, accountable and high-performing culture. Responsibilities include:

Build Strategic Client Partnerships
Develop trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders through strategic consultancy rather than campaign delivery alone:
- Discovery workshops

Act as the senior marketing adviser clients rely upon and proactively identify opportunities to create additional value through Bespoke’s wider services.
Support Agency Growth
- Support proposals and pitches

- Collaborate with Web, HubSpot and Sales teams
- Help shape future marketing services
- Support wider business planning and continuous improvement
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
Provide senior strategic leadership across Bespoke’s retained marketing clients, translating commercial objectives into practical marketing strategies that deliver measurable business growth.
Maintain oversight across all core digital marketing disciplines, including SEO, Paid Media, Content Marketing, CRM and Automation, Email Marketing, CRO, Analytics and Lead Generation.
Department Leadership
Lead the day-to-day operation of the Marketing Services department, ensuring work is strategically aligned, appropriately resourced and delivered to consistently high standards. Drive continual improvements to service quality, operational efficiency and the overall client experience.
People Leadership
Take full line management responsibility for the Marketing Services team by setting clear expectations, providing regular coaching and feedback, supporting professional development and creating an engaged, collaborative and accountable culture.
