Head of Marketing Services | North West | up to £60,000
Exclusive to Ascent People Ltd - I'm recruiting for a Head of Digital Marketing Services to lead a marketing team and drive real commercial outcomes for a well-established client base in the North West.
You'll take ownership of the Marketing Services division. Leading a team of Strategic Marketing Executives, overseeing strategy across SEO, Paid Media, Content, CRM & Automation, Email Marketing, CRO, Analytics, and Lead Generation, and building trusted senior relationships with enterprise clients across many industry sectors, including financial & professional services.
What you'll be doing:
- Providing strategic, operational and people leadership for the Marketing Services team
- Leading discovery workshops, quarterly strategy reviews and marketing roadmaps for retained clients
- Direct line management, including 1-2-1s, performance reviews, coaching and development
- Supporting pitches and proposals, and identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts
- Contributing to the team's AI strategy and championing smarter ways of working

In the office twice a week, with flexibility the rest of the time. Commutable from Preston, Bolton, Wigan, Chorley, and Warrington.
£55,000 to £60,000 depending on experience + benefits.
