Head of Marketing
Salary: Up to £100,000 + Bonus + Extensive Benefits
Location: Renishaw Business Park, Sheffield (S21 3WY) | Office Based
Our client is a well-established and ambitious professional services organisation with multiple offices across Yorkshire and West Yorkshire. Backed by private equity investment and entering an exciting phase of growth, the business is now investing heavily in its marketing capability to complement its successful acquisition strategy. This is a rare opportunity to build a modern, commercially focused marketing function that will directly influence business growth and shape the future direction of a thriving organisation.
The Head of Marketing/ Marketing Director will lead the development of a high-performing marketing engine focused on driving sustainable organic growth. Working closely with senior leadership, you will create and deliver a data-led marketing strategy that increases brand awareness, generates high-quality leads and continually improves customer acquisition performance.
Role Highlights
- Lead and deliver the overall marketing strategy across digital, brand, communications and content.
- Build, mentor and develop an internal marketing team while managing external agency partners.
- Drive lead generation activity across paid search, SEO, Meta, display and other acquisition channels.
- Optimise the complete digital customer journey to maximise enquiries, conversions and return on investment.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver ambitious growth targets while continually improving marketing performance through insight and analysis.

You Will Need
- Proven experience leading commercially focused marketing functions
- Strong expertise across digital acquisition channels including PPC, SEO, paid social and performance marketing.
- A highly analytical mindset with experience using marketing data, attribution and reporting to improve results.
- Excellent leadership skills with experience managing agencies, budgets and high-performing teams.
- The ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate commercial objectives into successful marketing strategies.
