Head of Marketing
Our client is looking for a Head of Marketing to lead that next chapter. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll own marketing’s contribution to revenue growth, with real accountability for the numbers behind it.
- You’ll lead a team spanning performance, organic growth, content, social, brand, campaigns and design, bringing everything together around ambitious acquisition and retention goals.
- You’ll stay close to CPL, CAC, lead quality and trial-to-paid conversion, challenging decisions and ensuring marketing drives quality growth rather than vanity metrics.
- A major focus will be unlocking organic growth across SEO, content and emerging AI/LLM discovery, while building a stronger brand that fuels acquisition and retention.
- You’ll also work closely with Product, Growth & Data and Support to launch new revenue opportunities, including AI programming, and turn events, partnerships and campaigns into measurable growth.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
