Job Description
You will lead a marketing team of five to transform FITR into a high-performance engine, scaling ARR from £2M to £10M. Reporting to the COO, you will own the coach growth target, managing performance marketing, organic search, and brand strategy while staying deep in the data to optimize CPL, CAC, and conversion.

What You Will Do
- Own the revenue and coach growth targets, directly managing the Performance Marketing Manager to optimize CAC and lead quality.
- Direct the organic growth strategy, focusing on search and AI/LLM discoverability to build a sustainable, non-paid acquisition channel.
- Partner with the Head of Growth & Data to bridge the gap between demand generation and full-funnel conversion optimization.
The ideal candidate
- Has 5+ years of senior marketing experience in a fast-moving SaaS or marketplace business with direct accountability for CAC and LTV.
- Demonstrates deep hands-on expertise in performance platforms like Google Ads and Meta, with the ability to interrogate data and funnels.
- Possesses a strong brand instinct and the ability to navigate ambiguity while building out new marketing structures and revenue lines.
