Invivo Healthcare is part of Microba Life Sciences, a science-led leader in gut microbiome health. We're looking for a Head of Marketing to lead the next phase of our growth — and to help shape a genuinely modern, AI-native marketing function.

You'll sit on the UK senior leadership team, reporting to our Managing Director, and work closely with our Global Marketing function to share resources, tools and best practice across the group.
What you'll own:
- Whole-brand marketing strategy across B2B and DTC, aligned to our growth plan
- The AI and marketing technology agenda — automation, CRM/CDP, data, analytics and attribution
- Our subscriber and lifecycle programme, including bundles, subscriptions and HCP loyalty
- Brand, messaging and positioning across all products and channels
- A high-performing marketing management team, including Social, Influencer and Content roles
- The Invivo marketing budget, with accountability for ROI and efficiency

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
