We’re Avvoka

We’re Avvoka, a platform built for the next generation of legal drafting.

We help lawyers, deal teams and commercial leaders create, negotiate and manage complex contracts faster and smarter. Our platform blends automation, collaboration and AI while keeping lawyers in control - because the best work happens when people have better tools, not when they’re replaced by them.

Avvoka is trusted by leading law firms, banks and enterprises, including across the Am Law 100. We’ve grown fast, almost entirely through product strength and word of mouth - bootstrapped for most of our history, with more than a million documents drafted on the platform. In March 2026 we raised £14m to push our AI drafting tools further and faster.

We’re evolving from a product-led business into a global brand that defines what the next era of drafting looks and feels like - investing in product, storytelling and experiences that move the market.

The role

We’ve built a fast-paced marketing team focused on inbound. It’s producing results. Now we need the executional rigour to go faster, with confidence. You’ll report to the CMO and turn the strategy into delivery - organising the team and the work and holding the standard. You know the industry, the customer and what it takes to attract, educate and excite them. You’re fastidiously organised and hands-on - as happy leading the priority work yourself as directing the team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

You’ll run how the plan gets executed across our channels, working closely with the CMO, sales and product.

What you’ll own

  • The plan - the overall marketing plan that brings inbound, ABM, product marketing, brand, PR and events together into one calendar, with clear priorities and owners.
  • Delivery - turning the CMO’s strategy into briefs, timelines, project plans and shipped work and keeping it all on track.
  • The team - organising and empowering the marketing team to deliver against the brief.
  • The standard - making sure what goes out is genuinely good: sharp content, well-presented brand, funnels that engage and convert.
  • The numbers - knowing what to look for in the data and using HubSpot and the wider stack to a high standard so we know what’s working.
  • Coordination - working closely with the CMO, sales and product so marketing pulls in one direction.

What you’ll bring

  • Fastidiously organisation. You take a brief and know how to build out the detail the team needs to deliver it.
  • You know the legal tech space and the challenges our prospects face.
  • You know how to run high-performing inbound and ABM campaigns.
  • You’re a T-shaped marketer: broad across the mix, with real depth in one essential area.
  • You love to execute as well as manage. You take the priority work and lead it from the front.
  • You know what good looks like: genuinely good content, well-presented brands and funnels that engage and convert.
  • Technically proficient. You know what to look for in the data and you use HubSpot and a modern CMS to a high standard.
