From our bespoke 45,000 sq ft location in London’s dynamic King’s Cross quarter, not only are we deeply rooted in the very heart of the UK’s fashion scene, but we’re also well connected to reach a global fashion audience.
Purpose of the role
To lead the planning, execution and financial management of integrated marketing campaigns across the Fourmarketing Group portfolio. The role connects marketing, press and social channels to strengthen brand recognition, deliver measurable return on investment and create effective outcomes across multiple brands and product categories.
Main duties and responsibilities
- Own and develop the annual marketing strategy and integrated marketing calendar across the Fourmarketing Group brand portfolio, translating commercial and creative priorities into clear programmes of activity. Particularly for brands Agent Provocateur and Aquascutum.
- Partner closely with the Chief Executive Officer and Brand Creative Directors to shape brand positioning, seasonal priorities, audience plans and go-to-market activity.
- Ensure marketing, press, social media and wider brand activity operate as one connected strategy, strengthening awareness, engagement, customer relevance and measurable business performance.
- Lead the end-to-end planning, delivery and evaluation of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple brands, genders and product classifications.
- Own marketing budgets and deliver activity within the parameters agreed by the Finance Director and Chief Executive Officer, balancing long-term brand building with measurable commercial return.
- Establish clear campaign objectives, KPIs and reporting frameworks, using performance data and insight to optimise current and future activity.
- Produce clear monthly progress and performance reports for senior leadership, brands and external partners, demonstrating effectiveness, learning and return on investment.
- Lead and manage the marketing, press and social media teams on a daily basis, setting clear expectations, priorities, workflows and deadlines.
- Create an ambitious, collaborative and high-performing environment, coaching and developing junior and less experienced team members while keeping teams connected to wider commercial and creative priorities.
- Manage relevant agencies, suppliers and external partners, ensuring consistently high standards, timely delivery and effective use of resources.
- Build and leverage strong industry, media, creator, agency and brand-partnership networks to identify collaborations and activations that increase reach and strengthen brand positioning.
- Negotiate effectively with partners and suppliers, using relationships and market knowledge to drive innovation and secure best-value outcomes from marketing investment.
- Maintain strong awareness of developments across fashion, lifestyle, culture, social media and consumer behaviour, bringing relevant new thinking and opportunities into the business.
- Assess how emerging technologies, platforms and marketing tools can improve audience engagement, team productivity and campaign performance.
- Develop creative and commercially effective solutions for both highly targeted, lower-budget activity and larger integrated campaigns.
- Present strategies, plans, results and recommendations confidently to senior stakeholders, brands and partners.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
