Head of Marketing, Lost Media

Full-time contract | Remote (UK, USA or South Africa) | $6,000 to $15,000/month DOE | $200K OTE

Lost Media is a talent management company. We manage a roster of online creators from around the world and take care of everything behind the scenes so they can focus on making content. The business is growing fast and marketing is now the biggest lever we have... (That's where you come in!).

The role

You'll own marketing across our entire client/talent roster, (not marketing for Lost Media).

Every creator we manage is a business in their own right, with their own audience and growth ceiling. Your job is to look at each one, work out where the highest leverage sits, and go after it. For one creator that might be audience growth on a specific platform, for another it might be specific creative, paid promotion or creator-collaborations.

You'll start with our top clients and work down the roster, and as you go, you'll spot the patterns. The things that work for one creator could work for most of them, so part of your role is turning those wins into SOPs that the whole roster benefits from, (and which is delivered by your team).

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

This is a build role where you'll direct strategy and get stuck in yourself, as well as hiring the team around you as the workload proves it out.

What you'll actually do

  • Audit each creator's current marketing and identify the single highest impact move
  • Build and run bespoke growth plans per creator, starting with our biggest clients
  • Execute hands-on where needed: content strategy, funnels, paid, community, whatever the plan calls for
  • Turn repeatable wins into SOPs that scale across the roster
  • Hire, brief and manage marketers, editors and specialists as the function grows
  • Report on what's moving the needle per client, in plain numbers
  • Attend and organise 'in person' events or production where needed, e.g. content house/trips

Who this suits

  • Native English speakers based in the UK, USA or South Africa
  • You've grown audiences and revenue for creators, personal brands or talent before, (agency side or in-house).
  • You think in leverage: you'd rather find the one thing that 10x's a client than run ten campaigns that waste time.
  • You're comfortable owning outcomes with minimal hand-holding
  • You can go from strategy to action, same day
  • You've hired and managed people before
  • Bonus: experience in creator monetisation, subscription models or community-led growth
