Exclusive Yacht Medical Officer (Senior Medical Practitioner)
Lead the health strategy for a UHNW family aboard a world-class luxury yacht.
The Opportunity
A permanent, full-time position has opened for a senior medical practitioner to command "total clinical autonomy" aboard an elite luxury yacht. This exclusive role is tailored for a decisive leader who thrives in a discreet, high-stakes environment and is committed to delivering world-class medical services for a UHNW household while navigating the Mediterranean—Scheduled anchorages include Monaco, Italy, the Greek Islands, Mallorca, Ibiza, Marbella, and the Algarve.
Become the principal health authority of a mobile, state-of-the-art onsBoard Clinic, free from hospital constraints, offering discretion and premium care in one of the most prestigious settings in the world.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee acute and preventative care for an ultra-wealthy, exclusive clientele.
- Serve as the sole clinical decision-maker with full autonomy over medical interventions.
- Manage a premium onship medical facility, ensuring confidentiality and excellence.
- Provide global healthcare without conventional regulatory limitations.
- Cultivate long-term trust with a discerning, high-end client base.

Requirements
Candidate Qualification
- Medical Training: Must hold a fully certified medical doctorate from a recognised institution in: USA • Canada • Australia • New Zealand • UK • Ireland • or Europe.
- Post-Graduate Experience: Minimum of 5 years post-residency active clinical practice.
- Specialty Focus: Board-certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Emergency Medicine (alternatively, an extensive background in these areas may qualify).
- Communication Skills:
- Fluent English (essential for precision, discretion, and VIP consultations).
- Professional discretion fitting for elite environments.
