Head of Member Services – Wales
£60,000 + excellent benefits
Hybrid | Wales-based (ideally South East Wales)
Moxie People are partnering with a respected UK-wide procurement and asset management organisation to recruit a Head of Member Services for Wales.
This is a high-impact, outward-facing leadership role responsible for strengthening regional relationships, supporting housing providers, and driving adoption of procurement solutions across the Welsh sector.
If you’re a credible, relationship-driven professional with strong knowledge of the Welsh housing landscape and you enjoy helping organisations solve problems, improve outcomes and get the best from their procurement routes, this could be an exceptional next step.
About the role
As Head of Member Services, you’ll act as the primary point of contact for housing associations and local authorities across Wales, providing trusted advice, challenge and support across procurement, contract management and strategic engagement.
You’ll build strong relationships, identify opportunities for growth, and help members maximise value from a suite of frameworks and services. You’ll also play a key role in shaping the organisation’s Welsh offer, including contributing to early-stage work on a new Wales-specific procurement framework.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
