Head of Member Success and Growth
Mayfair, London | Up to £70,000 Basic + Bonus
Are you a commercially astute relationship leader with a passion for driving growth, building influential networks and delivering exceptional client experiences?
We are seeking an ambitious Senior Manager, Member Success & Growth to lead the day-to-day operation of a prestigious property network representing some of the UK's most respected independent estate agency businesses.
This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of member engagement, retention, business development and operational performance within a highly regarded organisation at the heart of the property industry.
The Role
Reporting into senior leadership, you will be responsible for:
- Building and nurturing relationships with agency owners, directors and senior stakeholders
- Driving member engagement, retention and renewal performance
- Leading strategic business reviews and member success initiatives
- Identifying and converting new membership opportunities
- Supporting revenue growth through partnerships, events and member participation
- Overseeing operational performance and implementing key business initiatives
- Acting as the primary point of contact for members and key stakeholders

Experience within property, franchising, professional services, luxury brands, membership organisations or relationship-led businesses would be advantageous.
