Who are we?

Here's a bit more detail on what we see you doing in this role:
As Head of Membership, you will lead the growth, retention and engagement strategy for Estelle Manor's thriving membership community. Working closely with the Group Director of Memberships, you will be responsible for driving commercial performance, enhancing the member experience and ensuring the Membership team delivers an exceptional service at every touchpoint.
This is a highly visible leadership role, combining strategic thinking with hands-on operational management. You will take ownership of membership performance, oversee the membership journey from application through to renewal, and work collaboratively across the business to ensure our membership proposition remains market-leading.
Who we are looking for:
We're looking for a commercially minded membership leader with a genuine passion for hospitality, luxury experiences and relationship building.
You'll have experience leading membership, guest relations, customer engagement or loyalty functions within a private members' club, luxury hospitality, lifestyle, leisure or premium service environment. You will be confident analysing performance data, managing budgets and developing strategies that drive both acquisition and retention.
You'll be an engaging people leader who can inspire a team, build strong relationships with members and stakeholders, and confidently represent the club at events and within the wider business.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
