ROLE – Head of Mergers and Acquisitions
COMPANY – Channel Awards IT Managed Services Provider of the Year 2025
SALARY – circa £100,000
LOCATION – largely remote
The opportunity is to join one of the UK’s premium IT Managed Service Provider’s, with 170+ staff and a £42m turnover.
They specialise in public and private cloud, managed IT support and managed IT services, cybersecurity, and SharePoint, data and AI.

Their customers range from SMB’s to enterprise clients with several thousand users.
They are looking to recruit someone as their Head of Mergers and Acquisitions to work alongside the Directors, CFO, and legal.
The role is to lead intro conversations with targeted MSP’s with a £1-2m EBITDA, carry out due diligence, and get the deal to the point of exclusivity.

Success in the role would be 3-4 further acquisitions in the next 18 months. The business has significant financial backing and desire to do this.
Basic salary is circa £100,000 but negotiable for the right candidate.
