Head of MIS – Systems & Reporting
WeDoData are working with an established Further Education organisation that’s looking for a Head of MIS – Systems & Reporting to take ownership of its systems, reporting and data infrastructure.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands both the technical side and the needs of an FE environment.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Leading the integration of key College systems, including MIS, Finance, HR and learning platforms
- Developing and improving reporting using Power BI and SSRS
- Managing and supporting a team of 2 Report Writers
- Overseeing SQL databases and developing complex reporting from multiple data sources
- Improving data quality, system performance and self-service reporting
- Supporting the wider organisation with systems, data and reporting strategy

We’re looking for someone with:
- Strong experience working within Further Education
- Expert SQL / SQL Server skills
- Strong Power BI and SSRS experience
- Proven experience of systems integration
- Experience managing or developing a reporting/data team
- A good understanding of education MIS and complex data environments
