Help Shape the Next Stage of Growth at TradeChoice!

TradeChoice is one of the UK's leading distributors of flooring and associated products, supplying flooring retailers, contractors, housebuilders, and commercial customers nationwide.

As we continue to grow, we're creating a brand-new role focused on unlocking opportunities within two strategically important sectors: National Accounts and Social Housing.

This is not an account management role inheriting existing customers. This is an opportunity to build something. We're looking for an ambitious, commercially astute, and relationship-driven individual who can identify opportunities, open doors, influence decision-makers, and create long-term partnerships that deliver sustainable growth. You'll play a key role in shaping our route-to-market strategy, developing national procurement relationships, and positioning TradeChoice as a trusted partner across the social housing supply chain.

Working closely with our Executive Team, suppliers, and sales leadership, you'll have the autonomy to make things happen and the visibility to influence the future direction of the business.

What You'll Be Doing

Developing National Growth Opportunities

You'll identify, secure, and grow relationships with national customers, procurement organisations, buying groups, and merchant networks. You'll:

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
