Head of National Accounts – Premium Foodservice & Fine Dining
North - West London (UK Travel)
Are you a strategic commercial leader with a passion for premium ingredients, fine dining, and the wider hospitality sector?
We are partnering with a market-leading UK distributor of luxury ingredients, pastry products, and specialty solutions to recruit a Head of National Accounts. Based out of North West London and supplying high-end gastronomy, fine dining, and major group accounts across the UK, our client is expanding rapidly and looking for a high-performing commercial leader to drive their national growth strategy.
The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the Sales & Marketing Director, you will step into a pivotal leadership role responsible for the growth, retention, and strategic evolution of the National Accounts channel. You will own the annual National Accounts Business Plan, lead commercial negotiations with major key accounts, and mentor a talented team to deliver sustainable revenue and gross profit targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute the National Accounts Business Plan, identifying market opportunities, managing a high-converting pipeline, and delivering on volume, sales, and gross profit goals.
- Act as the senior commercial lead for key national and group hospitality accounts, securing long-term trading agreements and maximising share-of-wallet.
- Provide inspirational line management and development to a dedicated team, including a National Accounts Executive and Commercial Support Coordinator.
- Partner closely with Purchasing, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service to align growth strategies, launch new product lines, and deliver service excellence.
What We Are Looking For

- Proven track record in senior account management or commercial leadership within foodservice, speciality food distribution, or premium hospitality supply.
- Strong background in full P&L accountability, annual trading agreement negotiations, and long-term customer development plans.
- A coach-led approach to team management, with a track record of driving performance through team engagement.
- Ability to analyse market trends, execute robust sales pipelines, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive profit.
