ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Are you an experienced NDT Level 3 professional looking to take the next step into senior leadership?

We're supporting a leading aerospace engineering business in the search for a Head of Inspection (NDT) & Maintenance Manager to lead inspection operations, oversee Part 145 maintenance activities, and drive the growth of a highly respected inspection services function.

This opportunity would suit someone stepping into their first or second Head of Inspection role, offering the chance to influence strategy, manage a skilled team, and work directly with senior leadership while remaining technically connected to NDT operations.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As Head of Inspection, you'll take ownership of the delivery of all inspection activities, ensuring customer commitments, regulatory obligations and quality standards are consistently achieved.

You'll lead a team of NDT professionals, support certification and compliance activities, work closely with customers across the aerospace sector, and act as a technical authority within the business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
