Royal High School Bath is seeking an enthusiastic, knowledgeable and ambitious Head of Netball to lead and further develop our thriving netball programme across the school.
Netball is a key sport within our curriculum and co-curricular provision, and we are looking for an inspirational individual who can encourage participation, enjoyment and high performance across all age groups, from Year 5 to Year 13.
This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified teacher, experienced coach, or performance player looking to make a significant contribution to sport within a leading independent girls' school.
If you are a passionate and ambitious netball professional who enjoys developing young athletes and inspiring participation in sport, this is an exciting opportunity to lead a successful netball programme within a leading independent school.
As Head of Netball, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering netball across Royal High School Bath, promoting excellence, inclusion and enjoyment for pupils of all abilities. You will lead coaching sessions, manage fixtures and competitions, develop player pathways, and contribute to the wider sporting life of the school.

Working closely with the Director of Sport and PE department, you will support pupils in reaching their potential while fostering teamwork, confidence and a lifelong enjoyment of sport. The role includes coaching school teams, organising training programmes and events, and building positive relationships with pupils, parents and external partners.
You will bring strong coaching and organisational skills, experience of coaching netball to a high standard, and the ability to motivate and inspire young people. Experience within an educational setting is desirable, although applications are also welcomed from candidates with experience in club, county, regional or performance netball environments.
