Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for competitive channel research and formulation of channel plans within the region.
  • Responsible for regional dealer development, cooperation, store construction implementation, and investor relationship maintenance.
  • Responsible for channel operation management, formulating store operation standards and management systems, and improving store operation quality and efficiency.
  • Assist the Chinese headquarters in phased summary and review to optimize channel management standards and processes.
  • Collect and analyze dynamic market information within the region.

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in channel development for leading OEMs or new energy vehicle OEMs.
  • Possess certain resources of automotive agents and distributor groups in the UK market.
  • Have strong experience and skills in dealer communication and management.
  • Fluent in English and able to adapt to cross-cultural work environments.
  • Accept short-term business trips to China.
